Return Policy
OUR PROMISE
Paradise Urn Company will exchange the product or issue a credit for any reason within 15 days of the purchase.

Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Once a return is requested, the product must be returned within 5 business days, or the sale is final.

We do not accept cancellations.

There will be a restocking fee of 20% applied to all orders.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

A Return Authorization number must be issued by Paradise Urn for products that you wish to return. Place a note with the number inside the return packaging.

The product must be bubble wrapped and secure in the original packaging. ( it may not be free to move around in the box)

If there is any damage to the product, no credit will be issued to the customer.

Once the return is processed, the customer will receive credit for the items returned minus any shipping or restocking fees.
The only exception to the return policy is:

We cannot accept returns that have had ashes or remains in them.

We cannot accept returns that have been buried or weathered outside.

We cannot accept returns that have been engraved or personalized.

We cannot accept items damaged by the customer.

We cannot accept returns that are damaged due to poor return packaging by customers.

Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded. (Express, Next Day Air, Two Day Air, Three Day Air, Freight).

We reserve the right to charge for exchanged items.

We reserve the right to change this policy without notice.
Once returned, goods will be inspected before a refund is issued.
We are a family business and therefore take great care in packaging and inspecting your order. Occasionally an item for unforeseen reasons can arrive damaged. If for any reason it does, please contact Paradise Urn Company immediately.
